Where we ship
We currently ship only to addresses in the United States. We may be unable to ship some products to certain states or localities because of local law (see our Terms of Service). If that affects your order, we’ll cancel it and refund you in full.
How your order ships
Elite 305 Studio doesn’t hold its own inventory. Orders are fulfilled and shipped directly from the warehouses of our U.S. distribution partners. If your order contains items from more than one partner, it may arrive in more than one package, and each package gets its own tracking number.
Discreet packaging
Every order ships in a plain, unmarked box or mailer. There’s no store branding, no product images and no description of the contents on the outside. The return address shows a neutral business name.
Billing descriptor
Charges appear on your card statement as Elite 305. Depending on the payment processor, the descriptor may also include the processor’s name. The product name never appears.
Processing and delivery times

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. These times are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather and high-volume periods can add time.

Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
Tracking
You’ll get an email with your carrier and tracking number when your order ships.
Address problems, lost or damaged packages
- Please double-check your address. If a package is returned because the address was wrong or incomplete, we’ll contact you about reshipping, which may cost extra.
- If tracking hasn’t updated for 7 business days, or your package arrives damaged, email elite305studio@gmail.com with your order number (and photos, if it’s damaged). We’ll work with the carrier and our distribution partner to replace the item or refund you.
