Who runs Elite 305 Studio?

Elite 305 Studio is operated by Armando Brigido Valladares, sole proprietor, operating the Elite 305 Studio website, 270 NW 58th Ave, Miami, FL 33126. You can reach us at elite305studio@gmail.com or +1 305-710-6773.

Who can buy here?

Adults 21 and older only. By ordering you confirm you are at least 21 and that the products are legal where they will be delivered.

How discreet is the packaging?

Orders ship in a plain box or mailer with no store branding, no product images and no description of the contents on the outside. The return address shows a neutral business name.

What shows up on my card statement?

Charges appear as Elite 305, sometimes together with the name of our payment processor. The product name never appears.

Will the emails say what I ordered?

Email subject lines never name the products. The body of your order confirmation lists your order details so you can check them.

Where do orders ship from, and how long does it take?

We don’t hold our own inventory. Orders ship directly from the U.S. warehouses of our distribution partners. Processing usually takes 1–3 business days, and standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after shipping. We ship within the United States only.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay.

Can I ship somewhere other than home?

Yes. Any valid U.S. address works, including a work address or a parcel locker that accepts carrier deliveries.

Can I return something?

Unopened items in their original sealed packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, opened intimate products can’t be returned unless they are defective, damaged or not what you ordered. In those cases we replace or refund. Contact us before sending anything back. See our Returns & Refunds Policy.

What does “body-safe” mean, and are all your products body-safe?

“Body-safe” usually means non-porous, phthalate-free materials such as 100% silicone, glass, stainless steel and ABS plastic. Many products we carry are made from these. Not all of them are. We also carry products made from TPE, TPR, PVC, jelly-type rubber and skin-like blends (sold under names such as ULTRASKYN, CyberSkin or Real Skin). These materials are porous. If you choose one, wash it well after every use, use a water-based lubricant, consider using a condom with it, and don’t share it.

The material listed on each product page comes from the manufacturer or distributor. If a material isn’t listed or you’re not sure, email us before you order and we’ll check.

How quiet is “quiet”?

Noise depends on the motor and the setting. Some manufacturers publish a decibel (dB) rating. When one is shown on a product page, use it as a guide: under about 40 dB is very quiet, 40–50 dB is quiet, and over 50 dB is noticeable in a silent room.

What’s the difference between “rumbly” and “buzzy”?

Rumbly means deeper, lower-frequency vibration. Buzzy means higher-frequency vibration that stays closer to the surface. Product descriptions don’t always say which a product is. Email us and we’ll check with the manufacturer where we can.

How do I clean my products?

Follow the manufacturer’s instructions. In general, use warm water and mild unscented soap or a dedicated toy cleaner, dry fully, and store items separately. Don’t use silicone-based lubricant on silicone products.

Is there a warranty?

Many products carry a manufacturer’s warranty. The terms vary by brand. If something stops working, contact us and we’ll help you make a claim.
