The package
Plain box or poly mailer. No logos, no product images, no wording that identifies what’s inside or who we are. The return address shows a neutral business name.
The billing statement
Your card statement shows “Elite 305” (sometimes together with our payment processor’s name) — never the product name.
Emails and order confirmations
Order confirmation and shipping emails avoid explicit product names in the subject line.
